Guaranteed Fraud Protection: Provides a 100% financial guarantee on approved orders, including reimbursement for product, shipping, taxes and fees. GFP relies on big data and machine learning to render decisions in a fraction of a second. It allows for edge cases to be sent to manual review, which also meets strict service level agreements. It protects merchants from fraudulent orders, but also allows merchants to ship more orders because the constantly learning machines are better able to avoid false declines, by recognizing that not all suspicious-looking orders are the result of fraudsters. Some, in fact, are legitimate orders.
Chargeback Recovery
A highly automated solution that uses machine learning to assess multiple data fields to determine which chargebacks we should dispute, because they are likely from bad actors, and which chargebacks are actually valid customer complaints that need to be addressed by a merchant’s customer support experts. This product/solution takes the laborious process of making a chargeback case off a merchant’s plate.
INR Protection
Extends Signifyd’s Guaranteed Fraud Protection to item-not-received claims. This product add-on includes Chargeback Recovery, which together with Guaranteed Fraud Protection, provides merchants with complete chargeback coverage, whether the claims are of the unauthorized variety or friendly fraud variety.
Seamless SCA
Was developed to give merchants a way to comply with PSD2’s tough Strong Customer Authentication requirements without introducing unnecessary friction into the buying journey. Seamless SCA was the first solution that was completely compatible with the EMV 3-D Secure 2 protocol. Signifyd’s Commerce Network of thousands of merchants selling in more than 100 countries provides vast amounts of data to feed its artificial-intelligence-driven solution, which makes obsolete the need to add disruptive steps to the buying process, such as requiring a PIN to complete a transaction. Seamless SCA relies on machine learning to conduct dynamic fraud analysis, then passes the SCA decision down the 3D Secure rails to eliminate delays in approval, minimise customer friction, and maximise authorisation rates.
