Frequently Asked Questions

What happens after I fill out the sign-up form?

Fill out our basic sign-up form on this page. After we receive and review your submission, you will receive a follow up email with a standard Referral Agreement. After signing and sending back you may begin sending us referrals.

How much do I get paid?

Our Referral Program offers a generous (15%-50%)* recurring revenue stream for your sales organization. The actual residual split percentage will be determined after you have filled out the sign-up form and will be included on the Agent Referral Agreement we send to you.

When will I get paid?

You will begin receiving payments within 45 days after referred account(s) begin processing. Payments will be sent monthly via ACH for as long as the referred account(s) remain active.

How are leads tracked?

After you complete the sign up form and your partner submission is reviewed & approved, you will receive a portal access login and welcome email. You may use this as your primary method for sending referrals.

Our Partner Development Team will also send you a trackable link to use. You may add this trackable link to your own website or marketing materials. This will be tracked from landing > lead > active account.

If you decide to only use our lead intake form, you can rest assured knowing all the leads you enter will be automatically tracked via our CRM system>>your portal. Each lead will be attributed to your organization.

Are there any restrictions?

Accepted Merchant categories can change frequently. For an updated list, please contact your Business Development representative. If you have any questions or are unsure whether or not your marketing promotion method(s) is restricted, please send a message to our Partners Team.

Where/How do I submit referrals?

Login to your portal and fill out our Referral Intake Form. Leads can also be emailed to your business development manager, submitted directly from your website, or via embedded trackable link in a co-op email campaign.
